Our new single origin from Kenya is sourced from the Farmer Cooperative Society - the harvest is a blend from the Kangurumai, Kanguya, and New Irati washing stations. All coffee cherries harvested are handpicked and then carefully pulped and dried. This is a washed process coffee. Coffee in Kenya is sorted by size of the coffee bean; this coffee is an AA, meaning the bean is approximately 1/4" in diameter.
