FTO Guatemala - light roast

This coffee is a microlot from the farm of Mrs. Jesús Silvestre Díaz, who joined the ADIPY Association in 2021, which is one of three cooperatives that make up CODECH. Her 39 acre farm, Namuxal, is located in the Huila area of Huehuetenango. We have chosen to offer this coffee as both a medium and a light roast in order to highlight the difference that can be created through roasting. This is the listing for the LIGHT ROAST version of this coffee.
