Halo Beriti Washing Station, Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia
The Halo Beriti Washing Station was established in 2014 and used by 750 smallholder farmers, who deliver their coffee in cherry form. It is then combined with coffee from other farmers and then processed. This specific lot is part of a "special-preparation", meaning hand sorting was done repeatedly throughout the receiving and drying process, ensuring only perfect coffee makes it into the bags.
