Ethiopia Sidama Grade 2

Ethiopia is internationally recognized as the birthplace of coffee, and first cultivated there in the 1500s. Growing methods have not changed much over the centuries, and most coffee comes from small-holder farms, each producing an average of 300kg or 5 bags per year.
